DESIGN OF DEVICES AND PACKAGING
Upon commencement of works on each product design, FLOWAIR makes sure that the product is to be manufactured with consideration of ecological aspects. FLOWAIR products are subject to design analysis in order to reduce their harmful influence on the environment. Moreover, the packaging is suitable for recycling.
PRODUCTION OF DEVICES
LEO water heaters are produced of semi-products. Thus, a waste free, environmentally friendly production is achieved. The quality and increase of products’ durability are also taken into consideration. All water heaters consist of a heat exchanger, housing, air guide rings and a fan, which is ‘the heater’s heart’.
LEO FL M water heaters are equipped with the most modern EBM or Ziehl-Abegg fans with plastic blades. Compared with the older, metal blades, they reduce the noise level and motor load to a great extent, which results in reduction of electric power. The fans are produced by the international concerns EBM-PAPST and Ziehl-Abegg.
PACKAGING OF DEVICES
The devices are packaged with the use of cardboard and foamed polystyrene.
Cooperating with Eko Cykl Organizacja Odzysku S.A., WE HAVE CO-CREATED THE RECYCLING SYSTEM. The program target is mainly to promote the importance of recycling and awareness of the need for selective waste collection and their recycling.
