Fans with certificate

Fans used in LEO heaters have a prestigious RoHS certificate. 
They are produced by the international concerns EBM–PAPST and Ziehl-Abegg.
RoHS is an EU directive aimed at the reduction in use of hazardous substances in electronic and electric equipment, as well as health and environmental protection by appropriate utilization of such equipment. The directive assumes that the new electronic equipment introduced for sale on European Union territory starting from 1st July, 2006 shall not contain the following toxic materials:
• lead
• mercury
• cadmium
• six value chromium
• polybromic diphenyl (PBB)
• polybromic phenyl ether (PBDE)
