ROBUR gas heaters

LACK OF ENERGY TRANSFER LOSSES 

Due to combustion of a primary fuel, as gas is ,directly at workplace, gas heaters are characterized by high efficiency reaching the level of 95% (ROBUR K with modulative burner). There is no loss connected with transfer of heat energy to a heating agent or with transfer of the agent from boilers to the devices. It results in less amount of fuel required for generation of appropriate amount of energy and lower emission of combustion products. 

LOW EMISSION OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES 

The use of modern fan burners (ROBUR F1, F2, EVO) in ROBUR devices allows for significant reduction of emitted substances, in particular of NOxes. ROBUR gas heaters are also equipped with elements which improve their operation. Similarly as in the case of the aforementioned water air heaters they also contain the system of automatic adjustment, adjusting the supplied heating power depending on temperature differences – set and measured in a room. 

FLOOR EFFECT

The next element of influence on energy saving is a heat exchanger of special construction allowing for maximum intensification of heat exchange. Additionally, it is constructed in cone shape resulting in so called ‘floor effect’. I.e. the air warmer at lower velocities flowing at its base is pressed with the air of lower temperature and higher velocity flowing in its upper parts. The effect results in the air not being instantly drawn up to upper room area and being supplied to the area of people presence. 
It minimizes heat loss and reduces time needed for operation of the devices in order to reach comfort temperature.
