How to start the Customer Complaint Procedure?

The Complaint Procedure starts with the notification from the customer by:

  1. Completion of the Complaint form
    Go to the on-line form
  2. Attachment of purchase invoice of the device.


  1. Warranty claim has to be completely filled out.
  2. If any of the points cannot be filled, the reason should be clearly indicated.
  3. Pictures of the malfunctioning parts and electrical connections must be added to the form for the claim to be proceeded.
  4. Units damaged in transport would not be accepted without the report from the shipping company.
